Owned by the River Garden Oaks Club, the Forum of Civics building provides valuable green space in the heart of the city. Don’t miss the annual Azalea Trail this weekend at River Oaks Garden Club!
The 84th Azalea Trail will herald the beginning of spring! Plan to join us March 1st, 2nd and 3rd for this exciting event. The Trail kicks off with the annual ribbon cutting at the Lazy Lane entrance of Bayou Bend on Friday, March 1st at 10:30 a.m. We are thrilled to honor Gary Tinterow Director of MFAH at this year’s ribbon cutting ceremony.
Tickets to the Trail provides admission to six locations including four gardens, Bayou Bend, and Rienzi. A seventh free location is the River Oaks Garden Club Forum of Civics, where free advice from “Ask the Experts” can be enjoyed each day. Also at the Forum this year, there will be free floral demonstrations by ROGC members.
Azalea Trail 2019 Underwriting supports our annual Azalea Trail Home Tour held every spring. Support for this city event also provides ROGC’s giving to other projects in the Houston area. We look forward to seeing you – it is going to be a fabulous Trail!
